Cindy started her business in 2003 as a married mother of two children, Adam and Millie (who now works alongside her at the store). She has thoroughly enjoyed having her own small business and appreciate the wonderful support from our customers near and far. They are a mainstay in our community and pride themselves on being the go to place for special gifts. Customers can count on us to provide quality service as well as gift wrapping and delivery if needed.

Millie, now working alongside her mother since 2019, brings her own energy and perspective into the shop. As a mother of two, Brooklynn and Kam, she balances family life with being part of the business, and she enjoys staying involved in her children’s many activities. Having her in the store has added another layer of connection, making the Mercantile feel even more like a place built on family values.

Addy Arthurs brings a fresh and youthful presence to the team. At 16 and a student at WF West High School, she balances school, soccer, and time with friends and family. She enjoys being part of the shop and brings a fun, easygoing energy, especially when sharing little things like her love for sitting around a campfire making s’mores.

LaRonna adds her own unique touch with her love of decorating, gardening, and home life (and animals, including chickens, dogs, and cats!). Her appreciation for creating warm, inviting spaces fits naturally with the Mercantile’s style. Whether it’s arranging displays or helping customers find the right piece, her creativity shines through.
